Condo Search

A condominium or a condo search report not only includes the title report i.e., who owns the property but also includes information specific to owning the private and shared spaces such as the walls, roofs, hallways, stairways, and other parts of the condo property used jointly by all owners. Additionally, any outstanding liens, open mortgages, judgements, taxes, Power of Attorney if any (POA) and any encumbrances will be highlighted.
